The backrest turns on a pivot to meet your back as you sit. The frame is held together by nuts on the threaded rod, so it can be adjusted, taken apart and rebuilt.
The aluminum is reclaimed plate, refinished and only waxed. It will scratch and polish with use. Made to order in Brooklyn.
